Redshot isn't notarized by Apple (that costs 99 $/year and I'd rather keep it free). Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway", once. Or use the one-line installer above, which removes the quarantine flag for you. The whole source is on GitHub if you want to check what you're running.
